Design the layout

Make the board and layout in KiCAD.

Check the B.Cu and Edge.Cuts layers.

For bottom layer remeber to check the "Print mirrored" checkbox.

Open in GIMP or likewise and Invert the image.

Prepare the PCB

Clean the copperboard with Isopropanol or Acetone.

Apply a thin coat of black paint. This is used with acrylig paint applied with an airbrush

Material= Matte Black Plastic Sprayed 304 Stainless.

Power= 50%

Speed=30

Pass=2

Lines=200

Full air assist.
